Invoice practice is done by us. You get your license information immediately via email and the invoice later via mail.

Standard edition is licensed per workstation. Direct installation on the Exchange server is not possible.
Enterprise edition is licensed per mailbox (for which the software is used for). Installation on a separate Exchange server is allowed.
